Fulfilling the Great Commission by raising Christ-centred disciples to plant vibrant, biblical churches in our cities and countries all over the world

Signs and Wonders are an integral part in building a healthy, growing and spirit-led church, and Hope Church Canberra is no stranger to this. Even though COVID-19 delayed our initial plan to have our church camp in second half 2020, we were grateful to come together to have our long awaited church camp over the easter weekend from 2 to 4 April 2021

Anchoring on the camp theme “Signs and Wonders”, the church was equipped with insights and teachings about its importance, how they contribute to a church’s growth, the activation of our spiritual gifts and how a Signs and Wonders church can be applicable to our life groups and daily lives. We participated in the great and tangible move of God both corporately and individually. We witnessed healings, prophecies, breakthroughs, fresh encounters, renewed convictions and refreshed faith. After the camp, we continue to hear testimonies of healings and salvation and how we were used as vessels to demonstrate Signs and Wonders to those around us.

Through games, sports, activities and meals, this camp allowed us to forge friendships and to know one another deeply. This camp also drew a huge turnout from our church members, including many first time students, families and young adults. It was no surprise that a creative element of our church was discovered through dance, skits and performances from every life group!

It was heartening to see many were blessed, encouraged and in expectation for the next camp!
