Fulfilling the Great Commission by raising Christ-centred disciples to plant vibrant, biblical churches in our cities and countries all over the world

At the end of April, Hope Auckland returned to Carey Park with high expectations of what God would do (and what our cheeky camp commanders would get up to!) And deliver, He did. Ps Peter and Vera Hira from Christchurch Worship Centre are a fiery couple who have lived a life completely intimate with the Holy Spirit.

Through their ministry, more than $1 million of miraculously donated goods were given to families affected by the Christchurch earthquakes. Now in their 60s, their stories documenting the move of God through salvation, miracles, and signs and wonders in our beautiful country have us even more sure that revival is approaching our shores.

Crazy games, wilderness survival workshops and frozen people sleeping under the stars aside, the highlight of this camp was His thick, tangible presence. Healings, totally fresh revelation of what God’s saying in the Bible, life-defining breakthroughs, baptisms of the Holy Spirit, encounters with God, prophecy… all of this, every session, every day at camp. The atmosphere was electric. We also saw people saved. He showed up and the result is a group of fiery people closer to Him and more aware of what He is doing than ever before. Bring on revival, we say!
